Don Callis Burns Will Ospreay For Saying He’ll Embarrass Kenny Omega

Will Ospreay challenged Kota Ibushi for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship at NJPW’s Sakura Genesis event back in April. Ospreay did the impossible and ended up defeating Ibushi to become the new champion. Unfortunately, he had to relinquish it due to neck injury.

Will Osprey returned at NJPW’s Resurgence event back in August but then tested positive for COVID-19 shortly after his return but since then has made a full recovery.

Ospreay certainly does not lack confidence in his abilities as he recently took a huge shot at Kenny Omega, stating that if the two ever meet inside the squared circle, he will embarrass the AEW World Champion.

Omega’s manager Don Callis took to Twitter and decided to burn Will Ospreay in a hilarious way as he responded to Ospreay saying he will embarrass Kenny Omega.

“How? By trying to cut a promo?”

Many fans agree that Don Callis has helped Kenny Omega with his character work significantly and his response on Twitter is certainly an example of that as well.
