WWE is seemingly losing a few Superstars as their contracts run up. Perhaps Angel Garza is hinting at his own departure.

Garza, who was once looked at as the “next Eddie Guerrero” by Vince McMahon, hasn’t been on television in recent weeks. He assured everyone that he is still around, but a recent tweet has a lot of speculation going.

The RAW Superstar tweeted out two emojis: an hourglass and eyeballs. Many took that to mean that he is looking at time passing, possibly indicating that his WWE contract is up soon. We haven’t heard anything concrete about his contract status, but that could have been a big tease to indicate he’s wrapping up his time in Vince McMahon’s company.

Kevin Owens’ contract is running up much sooner than most expected. Adam Cole recently found himself in the same situation and he left WWE to join AEW. We’ll have to see what’s next for Angel Garza, but nobody would blame him for being a bit disappointed that his main roster run didn’t turn out as he initially expected.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
