Charlotte Flair’s booking remains one of the most polarizing decisions in WWE. Flair continues to be criticized for getting multiple shots at titles which other WWE Superstars deserved far more than she did. Despite all the backlash, WWE is set on pushing Flair to the moon and that is unlikely to stop anytime soon.

During the Money In The Bank pay-per-view back in July, Charlotte Flair defeated Rhea Ripley for the RAW Women’s Championship. During the match the fans constantly chanted for Becky Lynch.

It ultimately led to Charlotte Flair getting frustrated and then flipping off the fans in attendance, though it got censored.

While speaking to Renee Paquette, Charlotte Flair talked about why she flipped off the fans during Money In The Bank. Flair revealed that she simply felt that Rhea Ripley was disrespected by the fans.

“After the match, I was walking to Gorilla and was like, ‘Ah, yeah. I gave them the bird. Am I going to get in trouble?’ They pissed me offe. Hear me out: I’ve got Rhea Ripley -first big pay-per-view with me. I get it; everyone’s excited to have Becky [Lynch] back. I’m excited to have Becky back. But you guys went from chanting ‘Becky’ to ‘This is awesome.’

If you know what I’m capable of, show the respect upfront. I don’t know; I’m usually so cookie-cutter, black and white, happy Monday, happy Tuesday, but in that moment, I just felt it. I was like, ‘let me steal the show with Rhea Ripley.’ I know that she’s that good. Don’t disrespect her. I’m used to it. Like, I can take the beating

Charlotte Flair won the RAW Women’s Championship once again at theWWE SummerSlam pay-per-view, much to the dismay of fans. We will have to wait and see how she will be booked from now on.
