Smackdown Women’s Title Match Advertised For WWE Extreme Rules

Becky Lynch was absent on WWE television for well over a year but that was rectified after she shockingly returned at WWE SummerSlam. As Ringside News exclusively reported, The Man’s return was also a last-minute change of plans as Ringside News exclusively reported.

Lynch was immediately put into the Smackdown Women’s Championship match against Bianca Belair and won in just 26 seconds with a Manhandle Slam. Fans were understandably quite upset over Lynch squashing Belair.

Bianca Belair felt defeated after her shocking loss to Becky Lynch but also made it clear she is coming back to reclaim the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

On this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Becky Lynch cut heel promo as she channelled Conor McGregor. Bianca Belair became the #1 contender after winning a Fatal 4 Way Elimination Match over Zelina Vega, Carmella and Liv Morgan. 

Afterwards, the Nationwide Arena has announced Belair vs. Lynch for the Smackdown Women’s Championship at WWE Extreme Rules. It isn’t known if any stipulation will be added to the match as WWE has yet to officially announce the match yet.
