Kurt Angle Says Vince McMahon Made Things Weird During Stephanie McMahon Makeout Scene

WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle has not returned to pro wrestling since his release, but that didn’t stop WWE from offering him role. Angle also revealed the exorbitant amount of money he’d need to wrestle one more match.

Kurt Angle had an amazing first year in WWE as he competed against several top Superstars, including Triple H. He was engaged in a love triangle with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in 2000.

It also featured Kurt Angle kissing Stephanie McMahon. While speaking on his podcast, The Kurt Angle Show, Angle talked about how it felt to kiss Stephanie McMahon l in front of Vince McMahon.

“It was so nerve racking. Not only that, the director was Vince McMahon. He was three feet away in a chair. I’m kissing Vince McMahon’s daughter right in front of him, of course I didn’t want to slip her the tongue. I didn’t know what to do, I was so nervous about it because Vince McMahon is just standing there looking and he’s wide eyed like ‘I want to see this.’ I was like ‘holy crap, this is so weird.’ It was a great moment for me because it did so much for me but it was really uncomfortable.

What happens [when we go off the air], Stephanie says ‘Kurt, you kiss like a fish.’ I said ‘Stephanie, what the hell did you want me to do? Your dad is watching us.’

Angle’s feud with Triple H definitely helped elevate him to the top of the company in his first year with WWE. Angle went on to have a tremendous career in the company, comprising of multiple World Title reigns.
