WWE released The IIconics from their contracts at the same time, but they were not alone in those releases. Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay are in unique situation, because the Australian duo must figure out green card issues.

The former Peyton Royce and Billie Kay have not arrived in another pro wrestling company yet. They are unable to monetize anything while they figure out their visa situation. They might just find a company to vouch for them soon enough.

According to a report from Fightful Select, Lee and McKay have been “active in the free agent market.” That being said, it’s unclear where they will land at this point. There was interest from Impact Wrestling about bringing them in, but there is interest elsewhere as well. That additional interest is slated for this fall.

We’re told that the IIconics had interest from IMPACT Wrestling recently, but for now it doesn’t appear that a deal is being made. However, we’ve heard they have interest from a new wrestling program scheduled for the fall.

Jessica McKay and Cassie Lee have great ties within many pro wrestling companies. It stands to reason that their personalities could see them on television for non-wrestling related reasons on top of that. The IIconics are taking a bit more time to figure out what they are doing, but their stories certainly didn’t end when WWE released them.
