Miro Comments on Lana Possibly Joining AEW

AEW TNT Champion Miro has been married to former WWE Superstar CJ Perry (AKA Lana) for over half a decade. After their separate releases from WWE, Miro went on to join AEW while Lana is yet to sign with any wrestling company.

While speaking to Action Sports Jax to promote tonight’s episode of Dynamite “Homecoming,” Miro opened up about whether or not his wife would be interested in making the jump to AEW.

“Currently, she’s doing her own thing. It’s not about me. It’s about what she wants to do. She’s been in the business for such a long time and came fresh out of nowhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if she stays in wrestling because there are so many opportunities coming because she’s one of the best.”

Miro added that he wouldn’t be surprised if Lana continued doing some stuff outside of the wrestling business:

“Outside of wrestling, she could always go because before wrestling, she was something else. My mind is blown if she decides to focus on a different career path how successful that would be.”

Miro is scheduled to defend his TNT Championship against Lee Johnson on Dynamite. “God’s Favorite Champion” also made headlines after he arranged private screening for the upcoming movie The Suicide Squad for the entire AEW locker room. What a chap.
