Britt Baker Happy For Adam Cole If He Joins AEW Or Stays In WWE

Adam Cole is touted as one of the best in-ring workers WWE has ever seen and remains one of the top Stars in NXT since making his debut back in 2017. His in-ring skills are second to none and he has competed in some of the best matches in NXT’s history.

He has done everything there is to accomplish in NXT and for the past few months, Adam Cole has been engaged in a bitter feud with former Undisputed Era member Kyle O’Reilly.

As reported earlier, Adam Cole’s WWE NXT contract is set to expire after WWE SummerSlam this month. Due to this many fans have been wondering if he will make his way to AEW.

While speaking with Matty Paddock of The Daily Star, AEW Women’s Champion and Adam Cole’s girlfriend Britt Baker talked about Adam Cole possibly going to AEW. Baker stated that she would be happy if Adam Cole stayed in WWE forever.

“He has got to hold down the Tuesday night and I’ll hold down the Wednesday night, right?! I think it’s funny when people say, ‘he has to go to AEW because of Britt!’ because there are so many more people at AEW who have played a bigger role in the wrestling side of his life. People like The Young Bucks, Kenny; he was in the Bullet Club for the majority of the Indie career people know him for. He has such a history in AEW that, if he came here, the storylines are endless – but he’s happy where he is. So, if he were to jump ship and come my way, that would be awesome, but if he stays in WWE forever then I’d be happy, too, as I just want him to be happy.”

There are certainly a lot of options for Adam Cole, should he decide not to re-sign with NXT and go to other pro wrestling promotions. We will have to wait and see what Adam Cole does in the end.
