Ryback has been through a lot on social media since his WWE release. He received legal paperwork from Vince McMahon’s company demanding his accounts, but he never gave them up. He has been at a war with Twitter itself in recent memory

While the war with WWE over usage of his name continues, Ryback is celebrating big win today. The Big Guy’s fight to get verified on Twitter are well known, but that ended today.

Ryback was happy to announce that he is now Twitter verified. A blue checkmark badge sits nicely next to his name. That is a big win, but now they need to fix his engagement, something he is still complaining about.

Twitter Verification back. Now let’s see if my tweets are seen by more than 0.5-1% of my following. Happy Monday to all!

Twitter gave Ryback a big win and it was long overdue. They rejected his request in the past, even after he sent in a photo of his ID which proved he legally changed his name to Ryback Reeves.

Congrats to The Big Guy, you’ve earned this one.
