Ryback is not happy with social media right now. He claims that WWE had his social media accounts suppressed and shadow banned on various platforms, and he is still working to get that presence back. This also includes getting his blue verification checkmark on Twitter once again.
The Big Guy is still running @Ryback on Twitter, but that blue checkmark badge went away. He wants it back, for obvious reasons. He’s the only Ryback and there is an ongoing legal battle with WWE over that name, one he is confident he will win.
One fan asked Ryback about his progress to get that verification back. This is when the Big Guy shared a screenshot saying that “Something went wrong.” He claims that is the furthest he can get with the Twitter verification process, because it won’t let him upload his ID.
Yep, and every time @twitter @twittersupport gives me this error attached. I can’t get past this step, thus can’t submit. They also don’t respond.
Hopefully Ryback gets that blue checkmark back. Twitter is very selective about who gets those checkmarks nowadays, and sometimes their choices are a bit surprising.
We’ll have to see if Ryback has some big wins coming in his future, but he’s still looking for a pro wrestling ring to wrestle in as well.
