Impact Wrestling capped off their Slammiversary pay-per-view with a very big surprise. Jay White showed up and that left fans with far more questions than answers. There were also a lot of shocked faces backstage.

Jay White’s appearance was even kept from those backstage according to a report from Fightful Select. His appearance at the end of the show was even falsely marked on the script to throw anyone off the scent of what the real plan was.

Jay White was a closely guarded secret even to those in the company. Internal run sheets only had a pull apart brawl listed as closing the show.

Slammiversary cut off the air before the real finale could start. Click here for run-down of what happened after they went off the air. There was a run-in from FinnJuice, and Juice Robinson took White’s finisher. This was a huge surprise and now we will have to see what the company is building for their next big event.
