Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary event will be taking place on July 17th and it will feature the return of a live crowd in attendance. With that, the company is making sure the event will be a memorable one, to say the least.

The ongoing feud between Sami Callihan and Kenny Omega remains one of the highlights of Impact Wrestling television. The Good Brothers also interfered in a match between Callihan and Moose, which resulted in a disqualification. Callihan got a shot at the title thanks to that.

The two then clashed at Against All Odds, where Callihan lost due to interference from The Young Bucks. It eventually led to yet another title match, which will take place at Slammiversary.

Ahead of the match, Cami Callihan took to Twitter and uploaded a video online challenging Omega to a No DQ match. His challenge was made official shortly after, so now Kenny Omega will be defending his Impact World Title against Sami Callihan in a No DQ match.

BREAKING: Following @TheSamiCallihan‘s challenge earlier tonight, his World Championship match against @KennyOmegamanX THIS SATURDAY at #Slammiversary is officially a NO DQ match!

The match is sure to be a great one and with Sami Callihan having a lot of momentum behind him, we will have to wait and see if he will be able to win the match and the Impact World Title or not at Slammiversary.

Be sure to check back at Ringside News as we will provide play-by-play coverage of the Slammiversary event on July 17th.
