Jeff Hardy hasn’t been used much on WWE television in recent memory, even after he signed a new deal in 2020. It appears that his deal was later restructured.

According to a report from Fightful Select, Jeff Hardy’s WWE deal was “either restructured, re-signed, or extended.” A crux to signing a new deal was getting to use “No More Words.” The plan was to bring back that theme song once live crowds return.

As of this writing, No More Words has not returned. Live crowds haven’t returned either. His new deal is only reportedly going until the end of 2022, “or the beginning of 2023.”

WWE can always add more time to that deal if he is injured. It has not been confirmed that happened. It should also be noted that Matt Hardy has been very open about wanting the Hardy Boys to go to AEW and finish out their careers with Tony Khan’s company.
