Vince McMahon Promised Lana That WWE Would Have More For Her Before Release

Lana was among those people who WWE released and fans are still a bit shocked. She was a featured performer on television and found herself in segments every week. That was due to a lot of hard work.

According to a report from Fightful Lana and Naomi constantly pushed backstage to make sure they had something to do on television. That persistence paid off and they were regularly featured.

There was a point when WWE had big plans for Lana, but then Charlotte Flair returned. It was said that Vince McMahon promised Lana that they wouldn’t drop her just because Charlotte returned.

There were significantly different plans for Lana earlier this year before Charlotte’s return, but we’re told that Vince McMahon personally assured her that wouldn’t be the end of the Lana character and they’d have more for her.

There is rumor that Charlotte Flair is pregnant. If that is the case then it would be another example of perfect timing in WWE. We will have to stay tuned on that one.

We will have to see what is next for Lana. She had a multi-year multi-million contract that WWE decided to axe. She certainly knows how to pull for herself, but all that persistence didn’t help Lana keep her job.
