Tony Schiavone Says AEW Would Definitely Hire Daniel Bryan & Samoa Joe If They Could

Daniel Bryan is a veteran in the pro wrestling business, having wrestled in various promotions all over the world before making his way to WWE. Last month, Bryan also mentioned that his WWE contract is expiring soon as well. As reported earlier, Bryan’s contract expired last week.

Many fans since then have been wondering where Bryan will go to next if he doesn’t re-sign with WWE. Many fans are under the impression that he will be going to AEW.

While speaking on the AEW Dynamite: Blood and Guts Post Show, Tony Schiavone was asked if AEW would sign Daniel Bryan and Samoa Joe. He stated that if it was possible, AEW would definitely hire them. However, it ultimately isn’t up to AEW.

“You know what? If we could, maybe we would. But we don’t book ’em, do we?”

WWE has pushing hard to get Daniel Bryan to sign new deal and it was also reported that AEW believes Bryan will be staying with WWE. We will have to see what Daniel Bryan will do next. As for Samoa Joe, perhaps fans might see him in AEW somewhere down the line.
