Another Pro Wrestling Legend Running For Office

Plenty of former pro wrestlers have gotten into politics and now we can add one more name to that list.

Harvey Wippleman, also known as Downtown Bruno, is running for office. He submitted his application and is running for Board of Alderman in Walls, Mississippi. Walls is the same town he was living in when The Rock needed a place to stay at 15-years-old and Harvey was there to help him out.

Voting for the General Election and Board of Aldermen starts today for absentees and it will run until June 5th. We’ll have to see if Harvey Wippleman can get enough votes, but he likely has The Rock’s endorsement.

Wippleman recently made headlines when The Rock gave him a truck. That was pretty special video and you can check it out here.
