The COVID-19 pandemic is still going despite so many vaccinations being administered. Sadly, new cases are still popping up every day.

Konnan tested positive for COVID-19 and things got very bad for him. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter had better news to report this week as Konnan is seemingly over the worst part and recovering. He still needs a second kidney transplant through it all.

Konnan, 57, is feeling better after a bad bout with COVID. He had a number of health problems and tests and he did find out this past week that he didn’t have cancer or a tumor, but is in need of a second kidney transplant.

We’re sending out our best to Konnan right now. He doesn’t need dialysis right now, but that day is very likely coming for him. He is also on a waiting list in California to receive a transplant, but that can be a very long wait. At this time he is reportedly looking to have that done in Mexico so he doesn’t have to wait longer.
