Fans Drag AEW Social Media Over Hilarious Botched Tweet

AEW has a loaded show planned for Dynamite this week. They were trying to promote one segment on social media, but someone hit the “send” button a bit too early. This caused a pretty funny botch that plenty of fans called attention to.

AEW’s Twitter account tweeted out to simply say: “Jim Ross sits down this WEDNESDAY night 8pm on TNT.” That was all the tweet said.

One fan tweeted out a screenshot of that very short tweet about Jim Ross sitting down and said: “Giving this away on free TV?” That tweet received a ton of attention across the Internet Wrestling Community.

AEW eventually saw their mistake and deleted the botched tweet to replace it with what they originally intended to send out.

By the time that AEW sent out the corrected tweet, plenty of fans had already seen that Jim Ross is going to sit down this week on Dynamite. That was likely enough for them to tune in.
