WWE released nine main roster Superstars today. We have not heard of any more releases at all, but more could be coming. Velveteen Dream has not been released so far, and fans are wondering why.
Velveteen Dream had some serious allegations come out about him. There was also audio evidence. WWE says they conducted an internal investigation and they found nothing, but one of Dream’s accusers came forward and said that WWE never called him.
Dream’s name trended on social media today, and one fan summed it up to explain why over 4,000 fans and counting are namedropping the former NXT North American Champion right now.
Velveteen Dream is trending with all of us asking the same question. if WWE have plans for him, I don’t see how he can wake up everyday knowing how fans feel about him still being employed, while a few got release today. that feeling can’t be good.
Velveteen Dream is still on the NXT roster and taking part in Performance Center training. It’s been a while since we last saw him, but Velveteen Dream is apparently still around and waiting for that next opportunity.
