Thunder Rosa is appearing for AEW on a regular basis, but she doesn’t have a contract with the company. She is still technically with the NWA and she also has other obligations to fulfill with Combate Americas.

While speaking to Fightful, Thunder Rosa confirmed her status with Combate Americas. She is still under contract with them until September. It wasn’t noted how many fights she is slated to have, but she “fully expects to fight for them before then.”

The NWA is supportive of her MMA career, but she disclosed that AEW hasn’t given their opinion on things yet. They might not care since Jake Hager is permitted to fight for Bellator as an AEW star.

Thunder Rosa is also involved in the unsanctioned match this week against Britt Baker on Dynamite. That match should get very brutal, and you can check out spoiler here.
