Some wrestlers might be leaving their current company as 2021 starts, but Sami Callihan is staying put. The Draw is not leaving Impact Wrestling.

Callihan logged onto Twitter after 2021 started and announced that he will remain with Impact Wrestling. He signed a new two-year deal. He also received other offers, but he didn’t care about those.

Today marks when I WOULD have been a FREE AGENT.

I just RE-SIGNED with @IMPACTWRESTLING, 2 years for BIG money.

I got other offers…but I don’t give a damn.

This is MY company.

I made this company. I will be champion again in 2021.

We’ll have to see what Impact Wrestling and Sami Callihan can accomplish in the next two years. Now the company can continue building stories around The Draw. He seems motivated to regain the top spot in the company. He has a couple years to do it as well, but he promised it will happen in 2021.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
