Brodie Lee passed away and they paid tribute to his memory during AEW Dynamite this week. Before the show started, Tony Khan addressed the crowd and he had a very special announcement.

Prior to AEW Dynamite going live this week, Tony Khan took a moment to address the live crowd. They had the largest attendance at Daily’s Place this week since the pandemic started. They were also selling walk-up tickets for $20 at the door.

Khan said that tonight they will pay tribute to a great man. He also said that it should be the most special night in AEW. He also requested that the crowd not chant any profanities. Sometimes pro wrestling chants can get a bit foul-mouthed.
