During the media conference following Full Gear, Tony Khan was asked about Gangrel and Hurricane. He said that they are not booked in the “next loop,” but he did enjoy working with them. That could open the door for their eventual return in some way.

“I don’t know, you never know what’s in the future. To be honest, I don’t have them booked on anything in the next loop, or in the immediate future, but at the same time I’m open for them to come back.”

“I was at the [Hardy] Compound for the shoot for the [Elite] Deletion producing the match, and I spent time with both guys. I really, I’ve known Shane for a while, and I had never met Gangrel before and I really enjoyed spending time with both guys and I’d love to see both of them come back at some point. I think that would be a lot of fun.”

You never know who will pop up in AEW. Fans certainly loved seeing Gangrel and Hurricane Helms as part of the Final Deletion, and Tony Khan seems open to bring them back.
