AEW is all about trying new things, and Le Dinner Debonair was certainly a unique experience. It was also very well received, as it should have been.
The Million Viewer Man and the Salt Of The Earth beat WWE NXT by 69,000 viewers during the quarter hour between 9:15 and 9:30. In total, nearly 800,000 people stuck around, and Chris Jericho was elated to proclaim that their “experiment paid off.”

Le Dinner Debonair had its critics, but it’s impossible to please everyone. They even received blessing from Frank Sinatra’s estate to do the parody of Me And My Shadow We’ll just have to see what they pull off next. We can’t wait.
