AEW VERY CLOSE To Signing Two Popular Stars

AEW has a roster of talent with room to grow if they find the right fit. This week saw the conclusion of the AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament and the Deadly Draw ended with Ivelisse and Diamante celebrating.

AEW needs to stack their women’s division. The loss of Britt Baker and Kris Statlander exposed the depth of AEW’s female stars. Ivelisse and Diamante seem to be a perfect fit, and winning The Deadly Draw was a pretty solid statement.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Ivelisse and Diamante winning the AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup very likely means they are incredibly close to signing with AEW. They might have already inked deals. As of this writing AEW has not officially announced their signings.

Those two could have a lot of success in AEW as a team, or as singles stars. They have been featured on AEW programming in recent weeks both in the ring and in the crowd. Their appearance was also an exciting moment for lot of fans.

It seems that Ivelisse and Diamante’s time in AEW is just beginning.
