WWE is moving their television to the Amway Center according to recent reports. This will be SummerSlam’s location, and RAW and SmackDown as well. There is no word about NXT’s future location at this point.

Bryan Alvarez noted on Wrestling Observer Live that WWE has rented out the Amway Center and the production crew is on the way. They will have a much bigger setup than they previously had at the Performance Center.

It was also said that sources indicated that WWE is looking to run programming from the Amway Center for the rest of 2020. There is currently no talk about live fans coming back, but that can always change.

It was noted that friends and family might be permitted to return as well. Friends and family were allowed in the Performance Center until the company discovered a positive COVID-19 test in a developmental student.

WWE could easily sell enough tickets to fill up the Amway Center’s floor area by using social distancing. The show will look different, but it will also be a much larger, and empty arena. WWE might have a lot of issues they need to work out from the virtual fan aspect to working out how to mic the venue.
