WWE is always looking to lock down names that they will need later on. They are already using the Hurt Business, but now they are finally locking down MVP’s stable’s name. They also applied for another trademark that is quite interesting.

According to recent filings, WWE applied on a trademark for “Justus” on July 29th. There is no word yet on exactly why WWE filed this new trademark, but Vince McMahon must have something in store.

Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment

The company also locked down MVP’s stable’s name. The Hurt Business will be sticking around for a while. MVP recently spoke about why he didn’t want to be a new Nation Of Domination. He wants the Hurt Business to be unique and stand out on their own.
