Jimmy Havoc will be taking a hiatus from AEW following stories about him coming out as part of the #SpeakingOut movement.

AEW released a public statement on the matter. They wished him the best of luck, but he needs to focus on himself. His status with the company is set to be evaluated when he successfully completes rehab.

Jimmy Havoc was accused of assaulting fan at an indie event years ago. There are other stories about him as well. He fought with Excalibur inside a restaurant full of AEW staff at Tony Schiavone’s birthday party. This went down at Jimmy’s Famous Seafood in front of Tony Khan and many others.

Havoc’s drinking has sometimes been source of humor in the past. Now he is getting help.
