WWE released over 30 Superstars on April 15th. A lot of those Superstars are former TNA stars, including EC3. Impact Wrestling took full advantage of that during this week’s show.

Following Moose’ win on Impact Wrestling this week, he was expecting to hear his own music. That didn’t happen. Instead, they played the old music that EC3 previously used.

Moose was understandably confused why his music wasn’t playing. Then he realized what music was playing instead. He looked around the empty venue for a moment before his actual theme song started playing instead.

The commentary team called big attention to the fact that EC3’s old entrance music was playing as well. It was quite a blunt tease.

EC3 also broke the tease wide open with his own video not too long ago. Slammiversary is July 18th, just days following the end of recently released WWE Superstars’ non-compete clauses.
