WWE will produce another NXT TakeOver event this Sunday. They are bringing back the In Your House event name for the first time since 1999, and most of those matches will be live.

WWE has the luxury of taping things beforehand now. Editing in post can give a smoother production presentation. During a teleconference to promote NXT TakeOver: In Your House, Triple H revealed that only one match was pre-taped. The remaining matches will be live.

“Everything except for the Adam Cole vs Velveteen Dream match is live. As you know that match has already been done and it was shot outdoors so there was some component of that of weather that we wanted to be cautious of, but everything on the show match-wise will be live.”

Adam Cole and Velveteen Dream’s match had to wait until midnight to film that night due to weather. This upset a few NXT Superstars who had to play the part of live crowd.

The NXT Title match is the only pre-taped contest at TakeOver. This means that the rest of the NXT TakeOver: In Your House event should have a live feel to it. This is something that some fans have noticed and missed in the past few months.

Tommaso Ciampa also hinted that the set WWE is using for NXT TakeOver: In Your House could be very special.
