Alberto Del Rio Arrested On Sexual Assault Charges

Alberto Del Rio’s temper has been documented in the past. This new story is difficult to hear.

FOX San Antonio reports the former WWE Superstar was arrested over the weekend after a victim told police that Del Rio became angry with her on May 3rd. He then allegedly assaulted her which left her with multiple injuries.

It is alleged that Alberto Del Rio slapped her on the head. She asked Del Rio what he was doing and he slapped her again. Then it is alleged that Del Rio forced the victim to put on a dress and dance for him. He told her not to cry, and if she did then he would “drop [the victim’s son] in the middle of the road somewhere.”

The arrest affidavit claims that Alberto Del Rio sexually assaulted the victim. There are also reportedly photographs of her injuries.

PW Insider reports that Alberto Del Rio was arrested on May 9th at 11:00 am. He was later released on a $50,000 bond at just before 5:30 PM that same day.
