WWE SummerSlam is scheduled to take place at Boston’s TD Garden on August 23rd. That is still the plan, but the novel coronavirus has caused WWE to re-write lot of their schedule already.

Ticket Drew, an insider in the ticket world says that WWE is still planning for Boston on August 23rd. At this point, they do have back-ups for SummerSlam. He didn’t reveal those locations, but more information is forthcoming.

To elaborate a little further Boston is the plan, there is back ups if needed. Again all speculation but Summer Slam is a go. I’ll have more on Monday’s episode of @PWR360 Prime Time Live on @FiteTV.

WWE obviously doesn’t want to cancel 2 out of the 4 Big 4 pay-per-views in 2020. That is not the right way to start out a decade. Hopefully, things will level off and they will be able to figure out a way to safely hold the SummerSlam event in Beantown on August 23rd.
