WWE was planning a Women’s Tag Team Title match for the show of shows. They might not book that match now that everything they haven’t announced is up in the air.

Dave Meltzer spoke about this issue during Wrestling Observer Radio. Since WWE hasn’t booked this match on television and has only hinted toward a possible match they might hold off.

“They do not know, okay, the [WWE Women’s Tag Team Title] match was a 3-way last week which would have been Nikki Cross & Alexa Bliss, Beth Phoenix & Natalya, and The Kabuki Warriors, okay? We don’t know now.”

WWE is aware that wrestling without an audience doesn’t work as well. This is the reason why they didn’t have lot of wrestling on RAW this week except for the 2020 Men’s Royal Rumble replay. NXT will also include no live matches this week.

We’ll have to see what happens. Orlando might even step in and tell WWE that they can’t hold closed sets anymore.
