Mella tweeted out during SmackDown around the time when the women were on the show. She seemed to feel a bit left out of the mix.

She also included an emoji that might signify that she was feeling a bit underwhelmed about the entire situation.
Carmella is a former SmackDown Women’s Champion so she’ll get her day in the spotlight again. It appears that she’ll just have to wait a bit longer.
