WWE is making plans for WrestleMania this year. They apparently already know how many matches they will be holding as well. One of those slots seems to be reserved for Otis of Heavy Machinery.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer was running through possible opponents for John Cena. We’ll likely know who’s facing Cena soon enough as he appears on Friday Night SmackDown this week.

It was noted that “it’s not gonna be Ziggler because Ziggler is with Otis.” This would imply that WWE already has a spot carved out on the WrestleMania card for Otis vs Dolph Ziggler in some way.

Ziggler really stepped in between Otis and Mandy Rose’s romantic comedy on the blue brand. He is playing the heel and it seems like this angle might be intended for a WrestleMania blow-off.

We’ll have to see how things turn out on this situation, because Otis has a lot of momentum right now. WWE is also not shy about breaking a top babyface’s heart on the grandest stage of them all.
