WWE NXT will run their first live show of 2020 next week. They have a lot to get going and the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic is on that list.
The company announced the brackets for the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic this week. This tournament is taking place because Cody Rhodes gave WWE permission to use his father’s name.
The company revealed that one of those heavy-hitting first-round matches is taking place next week.
JUST ANNOUNCED: This Wednesday on #WWENXT, the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic 2020 kicks off with first round action as #ForgottenSons battle @NXTUK’s #IMPERIUM!
Imperium vs The Forgotten Sons will add something special to pull up NXT’s viewership next week. AEW Dynamite beat WWE NXT this week, but NXT did not run any new in-ring action.
