Nia Jax Talks Taking Her Health Seriously

Nia Jax is still out of action, but she could be preparing for an in-ring return very soon. Jax had double knee surgery after WrestleMania and now she is looking back at the year to see what she learned.

The Irresistible Force recently tweeted out that she’s seen how much of a gift good health is. She seems to have plans to focus on this in 2020 and not take it for granted either.

Now that the Christmas holiday is over, going in to 2020 let’s all remember that the best gift you can have here on earth is your health! 2019 has REALLY shown me that having your health is the ultimate gift! Never take it for granted

Nia Jax still has a lot of untold stories in the ring. 2020 could be a big year for her after a return from injury. Hopefully, she will continue taking care of herself and encouraging others to do the same.
