FOX Hires Dirt Sheet Writer For WWE Backstage Role

WWE’s deal with FOX included a new studio news show on FS1. We’re not sure if CM Punk will eventually show up, but FOX is bringing in a dirt sheet writer.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that FOX is bringing in Ryan Satin for a regular role on the new show. The ProWrestlingSheet writer will reportedly have a role similar to Ariel Helwani’s part on UFC Tonight.

FOX also reportedly didn’t consider any other names for this role.

We’ll have to see how this works out, but it looks like WWE Backstage could be getting some breaking news during the broadcast.
