Fans were not happy that Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Trish Stratus, and Sting did not appear on the show. They were all advertised, but were not even at the event.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that when the event was over fans didn’t know what was going on. The lights went up and they announced that the show was over. Then “AEW” chants started to break out.
