WWE has a lot of very interesting decisions to make and it looks like we have a very good idea about something that we should expect.

AEW is premiering on Wednesday nights on TNT. That will start on October 2nd, however, it appears that there will be a new Wednesday Night War. Because NXT is also moving to cable television on Wednesday nights.

Bryan Alvarez revealed on Figure Four Daily that he woke up yesterday morning and was told that several NXT Superstars were informed in meeting that NXT was moving to the USA Network. That is why he was so surprised that it took so long for the news to finally break yesterday evening.

“I woke up this morning and I was told there was a meeting with a number of NXT talent and they were told that NXT was moving to Wednesdays on the USA Network.”

We also previously reported that WWE could move their NXT premier on USA Network to happen even sooner than October 2nd. This would beat out AEW’s plans as well. To help establish NXT on television before All Elite Wrestling has a chance to do so would be a really big shot for WWE to take.
