WWE brought the best show they could last night because they had something to prove. They had a strategy in approaching RAW and Paul Heyman was reportedly very involved as well.

Tom Colohue reports that a source in WWE told him that they tried to run a “hot” show all night. The goal was to keep any viewers they could who tuned in after the Raw Reunion. Now they will just have to wait and see if the ratings are there to prove that their effort paid off.

“The plan was to keep as many of the viewers as we could from last week. We made it as hot as we could. Hopefully we see results.”

There were several interesting segments during RAW this week including some that might border on the “blood and guts” category. We also saw our first-ever pregnant champion in WWE crowned and Tag Team Titles changed hands as well.

It was a loaded show, but now they will have to keep up the good work and prepare for next week. Hopefully, Vince McMahon doesn’t force re-write at the last minute like he did on SmackDown Live the very next day.
