Paul Heyman Praises Gabe Sapolsky Ahead Of EVOLVE’s 10th Anniversary Show

There are many relationships within the world of professional wrestling that aren’t spoken about enough, and one such relationship is the one between Paul Heyman and Gabe Sapolsky.

Gabe was Paul’s protege back in the days of Extreme Championship Wrestling, to the point where he was doing quite a lot of jobs behind the scenes with the company by the time they decided to close their doors.

Gabe and Paul remained friends over the years with Sapolsky starting up Ring of Honor, and eventually, he kicked off the EVOLVE promotion – which is set to have its 10th anniversary show this weekend. Prior to that, Heyman had a special message for his friend.

Many fans have questioned whether or not Gabe would ever take on an executive role with WWE, and now that Paul is in such a position of power and EVOLVE has such a close relationship with the company, it could soon become a real possibility.

Prior to all of that, though, the main aim of the next few days is going to be simple: continue to look forward to what should be one of the most important non-WWE shows in quite some time, especially given that it’s going head to head with AEW’s Fight for the Fallen.

One way or another there are going to be some talking points coming out of the event, and you can bet that Sapolsky is already planning on doing something special to send the fans home happy.
