Impact Wrestling is trying their best to gain attention to their product and they are continuing to pump out very good wrestling matches with top wrestlers. Now they are adding another one back into the fold that has been gone for a couple of years.
We previously reported that TJP was backstage at the Impact Wrestling tapings and expected to debut. This is exactly what happened as he took on Austin Ace during the television tapings.
TJ Perkins received a great response and as predicted, he did not return to Impact Wrestling as Manik because he TJ had built up enough of a name on his own to warrant just performing as himself.
After an athletic contest that really got the crowd going, TJ Perkins won the match. It looks like he got his return off to a good start and it came just in time because Slammiversary is coming up sooner than later and they only have two matches booked on the card.
