WWE introduced a 24/7 Title which pretty much has the same rules as the previous Hardcore Title, but the company has moved past calling anything “hardcore.” However, they still have a title that can be defended anywhere at any time.

R-Truth is the current and two-time WWE 24/7 Champion. He is having a great time hyping his title on social media, but the company could have even more plans for the title online.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that WWE is batting around some ideas that could see the 24/7 Title defended on their various social media outlets.

Ideas have been batted around for the 24/7 title to be defended on YouTube, Instagram and at the Performance Center between shows

WWE has 1 billion social media followers. Although they padded those numbers in very tricky way, it is still plausible that the company will be able to defend their new title on any platform they wish.
