Lacey Evans spent months in WWE walking to the ring, waving, and then leaving. This did not provide her with much in-ring time on television, but it garnered her ton of exposure. It seems like Vince McMahon’s big plan to push Evans like Roman Reigns might be paying off because she is set for a huge match against Becky Lynch at Money In The Bank for The Man’s RAW Women’s Championship.

Evans is a relative newbie to pro wrestling, especially on a global scale. Therefore, she is growing in the ring every week as she works the road with WWE. As she spoke to TV Insider, The Lady Of WWE admitted that she is learning as she goes and using every resource around her to continue evolving as a sports entertainer.

“I’m just learning as I go. Now I’m here on Raw and still learning as a go. And there isn’t a producer or sports entertainer, male or female, who isn’t helpful.  They are there for travel, financial questions, in-ring performance questions, everybody across the board has been so friendly and helping. It’s incredible. Even in regard to my family, everyone has been amazing. There is not a single question they have not taken their time out to help me with.”

Lacey Evans could pull off a surprise win at Money In The Bank. Never count out Vince McMahon’s ability to book things in his own desired direction. Evans has a full career ahead of her as well and a fantastic backstory.

The former US Marine is now a proper Sassy Southern Belle. She has good microphone skills and is incredibly comfortable in her character. Evans certainly seems groomed to remain on the top of WWE’s women’s division for a while.

As she continues with the company we will likely see her improve even more and Evans seems very accepting to gaining all the knowledge she can get.
