The New Day is still wildly popular and their current storyline could be the most important that it ever has since KofiMania is past us. However, Big E is no longer on the road with his brothers leaving just Xavier Woods to accompany the WWE Champion to the ring.

With Kevin Owens’ temporary role as an honorary member of The New Day and his subsequent attacks on Kofi and Woods, some fans are left to wonder if the New Day’s days could be numbered.

Kofi Kingston addressed this question head-on while speaking to The Daily Star. He said that the New Day is in it for the long haul. So there’s nothing breaking them up if you ask Kofi.

“Never. We are going to the grave together. We have actually reserved a single grave for us all to be buried in one coffin at the end. We will never go our separate ways.”

“When one of us is champion, we are all champion. If Big E or Woods were WWE Champion right now I would support them as much as they have supported me. And they feel the same way. We all work together and when one us achieves the ultimate level of success, we all achieve it.”

We will have to wait and see if Vince McMahon agrees with the WWE Champion’s opinion that the New Day is never breaking up. Because he’s broken up popular stables before and The New Day have lasted a lot longer than most.

It might be nice to have The New Day as a stable that simply never sees its end. This is why it’s important to remember that anything can happen in WWE.
