WWE has to make big plans in advance because of how massive of an undertaking everything is for their huge events. Cities put in bids in order to win the chance to host WWE’s show of shows and it looks like the 2020 bid went to a Florida city.

Tampa was officially announced as the location for WrestleMania 36. This was originally reported by Brad Shepard months ago, but WWE is making it official now. The event will take place in Raymond James Stadium in April of 2020.

A press conference is set to take place today and there are a few top WWE Superstars slated to be in attendance.

This marks the second time that WWE will be holding the granddaddy of them all in Florida in a four-year span. At least they aren’t going back to the exact same city as WWE did with New Orleans for WrestleMania XXX and then again for last year’s event.

Location for Axxess is not confirmed, but there are a couple of locations that WWE can pick from in that area. Needless to say, that is not as pressing of an issue.
