NXT TakeOver: Phoenix was a night full of high spots and stiff shots. The night ended with Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano both raising up their own championship titles. Then when the show went off the air things broke loose backstage.

Triple H started off his post-TakeOver Q&A by addressing a backstage altercation that took place between Aleister Black, Velveteen Dream, and Ricochet against Adam Cole, Tommaso Ciampa, and Johnny Gargano.

“Yeah, things got a little heated. Not on the air on the Network, not part of the TakeOver event. Things got a little bit heated, but everything’s under control now.”

“A lot of competitive people, tempers boiled over… but we’ll settle it all.”
