Rob Gronkowski is more than just a tight end for the New England Patriots. He is also very good friends with WWE Superstar Mojo Rawley. Although his buddy Mojo might be locked into pretty good WWE contract, Gronk might not be joining him.

Although Rob Gronkowski has helped out in the past during WrestleMania as his buddy Mojo Rawley won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, it doesn’t seem like Gronk is coming to WWE after all.

NFL GameDay reports that Gronk is actually looking to focus on another second career of acting. It is said that he’s taken a lot of bumps already so WWE isn’t a likely landing pad for him after his NFL career is over.

It’s still unknown whether or not Gronk will choose to retire in the first place. However, according to this report, WWE doesn’t seem to be as sure of thing as some once thought.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
