All Elite Wrestling already has a very talented roster, but it’s short one and has plenty of room to grow. They are reportedly going after WWE Superstars and there aren’t many current Superstars who are closer to Cody Rhodes than his brother Goldust.

Although he is currently injured, Goldust has been keeping tabs on what his brother is doing. He praised Cody after the announcement of All Elite Wrestling and Joe Peisich reported rumors he heard during Barnburner’s No Holds Barred podcast that there could be an idea of WWE letting Goldust go early so he can help his brother out.

“They are talking to Jim Ross, they are also talking to Mike Tenay and I heard a rumor, I could not get this confirmed but I heard a rumor and it’s interesting to see because this organization the [Vice] President or whatever you wanna call it what happens to Goldust? I have heard that Goldust may get a release by the WWE and come to All Elite Wrestling. So that’s big news there.”

AEW is said to be going hard after WWE Superstars with their contracts coming up. This could put some people like AJ Styles in an incredible position. You never know what will happen next, but it’s not unthinkable to imagine Goldust wrapping up his career in a company his brother helped build from the ground up.
